Product-level margin table (Mar 2024 vs Mar 2025). Decline concentrated in Polyester Blend (-6.1 pp) and Cotton Fabric (-4.2 pp).
Purchase costs for polyester granules rose 14% while selling prices rose only 6%. Supplier concentration is one contributor.
At current trajectory, EBITDA would fall ~₹60 L by FY-end despite higher revenue.
Re-negotiate with Rajesh Suppliers; evaluate alternate source. Approve new pricing by 15 Apr.
AR aging: 90+ day bucket grew from ₹38 L to ₹70 L.
Extended credit to Kohli Traders (new) and slower collections from Global Fabrics Inc.
Working capital locked in AR = ~₹105 L more than last year; drives the July cash shortfall.
Set up collection drive for 90+ day accounts. Cap credit to new customers at 30 days.
Bank statements + cash-flow model.
Driven by the above two items plus a capex drawdown of ₹22 L for new looms in Feb.
Cash may go negative by July. Need to act on receivables and supplier pricing now.
Prioritise collections. Delay non-critical capex by one quarter. Recheck in June.
